For Event Creators : Event Management : Media Galleries
The Media Gallery stores images and video that are associated with your events. All of the following have their own, separate media galleries:
- Organization (Same as Vendor)
- Storyz
- Event
The image below shows an example of the Media gallery associated with your Organization.

How Can I Use Media Gallery?
Your media gallery is a store for images you want to display. They provide a quick way to access and use images and video.
- Cover images for your events, Storyz
- Images and backgrounds for Invites
- Photo album images which you add to your Storyz
- Videos showing off your sevices
- Invitation videos for your guests
Note that the Media Gallery is distinct from uploaded images and videos provided by your guests at an event. Media Gallery images are those that you upload as an event creator.
Adding an Image to the Media Gallery
Select the "+" Add button on the right side of the panel
Find an image, either on your local device, or a connected cloud service
Note that for clouds, you will be required to log into the service. So, to get files from your Google Photos account, you will need to log in to make them available in Ourstoryz.

After you select your media, OurStoryz will ask you for some additional information (optional).

- Image title - the title of the image you want to display
- Image caption - a longer description of the image
- Geospace tag - the location associated with the image. Use this if you need to provide images for specific locations. As an example, a Vendor might take pictures of their projects, and associate them with real-world locations.
After you save the image, it will be visible in your Media Gallery:

When you change a cover image for an Organization, Storyz, or Event, you can use an image in the Gallery

Additional Note: if you add an image directly when creating a cover image, it will automatically be stored in your Media gallery
Editing the Media Gallery Outside the Media Gallery
All images in OurStoryz have a horizontal "ellipsis" (...) menu at the upper right of the image. You can edit, replace, download any image or video in your Gallery.

- Open - opens the full-sized version of the image or video
- Edit - lets you edit meta-data (title, caption, location) associated with the media
- Replace - lets you swap the current media with different media. The old image stays in the Media Gallery
- Copy link - provides a public link to your image
- Download - download a copy of the image
- Delete - delete the image. Be careful with this option, since it actually will remove the image. If the image you remove is used elsewhere, a placeholder image will automatically be substituted
More About Media Editing
The media editing dialog lets you set additional data about an image, and check where you have already used the image. It is divided into 3 tabs:

"Edit" tab lets you see the location of the image, and apply AI-based transforms and regular edits to the image

Meta-information lets you set the title, tag, and geospace location that the image is associated with

"Used in" lets you check if you are using the image somewhere else in OurStoryz. This is handy if you need to delete an image, and are worried about the effect on your Storyz or Events.
